- Damp is affecting the walls and degrading the stonework
- Multiple leaks in the Vestry roof
- Wood floor under the pews has decayed and needs replacing
- Floor tiles are lifting due to the damp conditions
- Corrosion of the window framework
- Lighting conductor needs replacing following theft
- Loose stonework on the tower
